women Roles
Denmark for the most part has a every equalized environment for women. It was ranked seventh in Europe for women to safely live in. Denmark also has a low rating for masculinity, meaning that essentially there is no discrimination or bias within the nation towards genders. Although women still do domestic housework, the load has been divided equally between the male and female. The women has the power to achieve success in education and in any career they see fit for themselves.
Education
The education of Denmark is highly valued and it is intended to teach them individualism and to hold democratic ideals. All school is guaranteed by the government and the structure of the education system is Basic, upper secondary education and higher education. Basic education will begin when the child is seven and it will continue through a course of nine years. The child has an option to be home-schooled or attend a private school. Upper secondary school is academically oriented to allow and ensure the student to be accepted into a higher education program. To attend higher education schooling, the child must first be accepted in order to pursue further education.
Government
Denmark's government system is a constitutional monarchy. The government has even passed an Act on Gender Equality, where it basically frowns upon the discrimination of genders. Overall, the government is very strong in the safety of women and the citizens of the country.
Economy
Denmark advocates for liberal trade policies and is a net exporter of food and energy. Its principal exports are machinery, instruments, and food products. Its standard of living is among the highest in the
world, Denmark the 18th richest country in the world in 2010. However, after being affected by the recession that hit in 2008-2009, Denmark still strives to improve their status.
